Teen Travelers Little Norwegian Christmas in July

Let's get into the Christmas spirit, Teen Travelers!

Christmas in Norway is a very big deal, and is celebrated by the vast majority of its residents. On December 23rd, most families celebrate Lille Julaften, or "Little Christmas Eve," and spend the day decorating the tree, and preparing for the upcoming celebrations.
Norwegian rosemaling, or "rose painting," is a form of decorative folk art painting that has been important to Norwegian culture since the 1700s. So, come to the Springboro branch and paint a wooden ornament inspired by the rosemaling technique, and immerse yourself in a little bit of the Norwegian Christmas spirit.
