Yoga & Meditation

Join us at the Franklin Library for an hour-long class of yoga and meditation suitable for all levels.  Our certified instructor will guide you through a gentle and invigorating yoga practice that involves movement, breathing techniques, and meditation.  Chairs are available for those who need to modify positions.

  • Free.  No registration required.  Ages 16 & up.  All abilities are welcome.  Please bring a mat and water.
